China Import Tax?

I would like to know what the tax cost or any other associated cost would be when importing goods from Hong Kong to China.
Could anyone out there tell me or point me in the right direction to find this information?
I am interested in importing Baby Milk Powder from Hong Kong, pls any suggestions and comments for me would be appreciated.
