If you are the supplier, you got the opportunity taking your products expose to the public, it is proper way to introduce your products without sending samples to your client.

For shows,many sellers could see that canton fair recently had a tremendous reform,and it is an all-round one not a professional one,so u can see many fields and various products.But most of the potential customers going for canton fair are just looking for some items,not for attending a market.
So u can find many coming back from canton fair with nothing gained at all,and now the situation for export is not good,so cost of biz expansion has to be reconsidered again andf again,as the charges for fiar is not small amount of expense.
Finally ,the key is how to find professional fair for ur Co. and products. OF course u cannot focus all ur attention on shows as it is just agood way,not meaning everything!
