Manpower - get the right people at the right place to do the right job and at the right price. Salaries are one of the biggest capital layout in corporate planning. Besides insurance benefits, bonuses, and incentives to motivate staff, you need to have a good working team, formidable to take the task.


Management -Professor Chow-Hou Wee wrote books about business strategy and ventures, he relates them to fighting wars. He spoke about 13 strategic warfare related to business. Last but not least, the most important M in the business strategy is to be able to produce the quality product with little rejects, the best innovation, latest technology, much added features and beautiful aesthetics and nice packaging for the market.
