I purchased 40 HQ from one factory in Guangzhou. Real Leather! I paid for the high price expecting high quality. I went to inspect the goods but cannot see these problem. Maybe this company play some trick. When we received the goods and opened them. we saw horrible products. all mildew and dirty.
I try to ask factory to help by discount something to us. They just ignore and told me that goods have been inspected.
Can anyone suggest what should I do in this situation. I can give you the company name but I am still in hope that they might offer some help to me.

oh...that 's horrible.........But pls analyse if this problem concerns about the transportation and packing???As you said you did the inspection before shippment,and found they were nice.Be patient to discuss with your supplier,and hope they could do some replacements or give you a good way to solve this problem...good luck!!!!!!!!

It's really a pity thing when We hear that.
You should be know that there are trully leather. If you notity the factory that the trully leather will be moldy if the leather isn't dry enough .
By the way ,You should be try to talking with your supplier. You won't do business only once time .You can asked them to accept this with you anyhow you have been inspection the shoes. Because in the process of the production . The oil and the worker's method of the polish leather all are important led to the moldy.
I think the supplier should be face the problem with you

Have you ever made sure the quality of these lady boots? Or have you checked the sample before you made this deal?
If u have done this, I think the bad surface was caused by the ocean transportation. U can make a investigation with the carrier first.
If not, negotiate with the supplier!
