I purchased 40 HQ from one factory in Guangzhou. Real Leather! I paid for the high price expecting high quality. I went to inspect the goods but cannot see these problem. Maybe this company play some trick. When we received the goods and opened them. we saw horrible products. all mildew and dirty.

I try to ask factory to help by discount something to us. They just ignore and told me that goods have been inspected.

Can anyone suggest what should I do in this situation. I can give you the company name but I am still in hope that they might offer some help to me.

How did you pay? You may get some buyer protection if paid via Paypal.


Or you can tell them you will be reporting the issue to their local commercial bureau and see if they will do anything.

We have paid by L/C at sight. They already get the money before the goods reach our port. I have their letter saying that "if goods have problem, they will responsible for it" Their company is Hong Kong Base also. Can I bring to some legal process?

i think the situation has a great relation with the Marine transport.

 

Hy its very simple but it may take time if u r just leather supliyer.Just begain 2 make goods on leather base like frniture ladies purse etc n sell it nw its dpend on u wat type of goods u will make may ladies purse take litl time 4 sale n have a good profit too so chose ur item n get started so u wil cme back in market

You'd better use Paypal as first payment method as you can take your money back when suffering such bad things. Or you'd better have some local agent to help you deal with all things. This won't cost you much but will help save big lost. If anymore, just feel free to contact me.

be careful  of  the trade companies, you'd better to find a real factory who is more creditable,

our company have many years' experiences of  such a thing, we are got in trouble many times with trade companies, not a factory. now our company has a new rule that to keep away from the trade companies.

can you find you lawyer with your contract?  keep the evidence in your hand maybe in future you can ask them to pay for you.

If I want to bring this case to lawsuit, should I do in Hong Kong or Guangzhou? I am in Guangzhou and this company has office in HK.

seem that you have trouble with packing and shipping but in my opinion mildew can be wiped out,

better you discuss with your vendor.
