Not knowing the US too well, I would first go to the Small Business Administration. Most likely they can't help you directly, but they should be able to tell you where you can get the info you're looking for.
Depending on what type of products you sell there are always wholesalers and distributors who are ready to sell all kinds of products assuming your products are desirable in the U.S. marketplace at this time.
If you warehouse your own products you can look into building your own internal team, or you may want to begin by outsourcing a sales force or call center to do direct sales for you.
Present your products to as many retailers distirbutors and wholesalers as possible. Attend trade shows, research online and find dealer and distributors who fit your niche. Also look at online sites who with your product can add to their sales.
