 i have the same situation with you, but  there is a bit difference between yours and mine.  the same thing is they did not give me any response after my letters.  the most important  thing we can do now is to give a kindly  letter to him unregularly,  the content and  the topic is very important , you can check your letters well  and express your meaning simply. Since he may be very busy and not read your letter , so if you send your kindly letter to him unregularly , he might  have a chance to read it , and then give your response, trust me , this really works well ,  and i have  get  the letters from my customers. and they  place an order with me ! and then you can also ask your colleagues for some directions and get some practical experience!
