Your problem is that you are assuming that a scammer has ethics.

Any supplier that pretends to be able to sell you foreign brand name products from China is a scammer.

You are lucky you got anything for your money. My advice in future would be to deal only with legitimate companies and that means NO BRAND NAME PRODUCTS FROM CHINA.

If you want to buy brand name products then do the right thing and buy them from the company that owns the brand name.

This is a stupid scammer and you cannot blame all the Chinese suppliers online. Scammers exist everywhere on the globe. Why not check them out before payment ?

I agree with you but Chinese business men seem to have different ethics before and after payment based on my own experience. Many of them know how to take an advantage of situation after  they received the payment. The cases seem to be more than accidental. I have a great sympathy on  szetik  because I also was a victim of a Chinese trustpass member . I don't see many cheatings and scams from other countries.  Is it because Chinese business traffic is heavier than other countries? I really don't know.

Once again scammers are not legitimate business people nor legitimate companies so they are not representative of real business in China. Just because a guy can fence a stolen TV back home does not mean that all TV outlets are dishonest suppliers!!

Yes there seems to be a prevalence of Chinese scammers on this site but I think that has to do with the skew of this site toward Chinese suppliers.

If you look at the legitimate factories on this site maybe 80-90% are in China so it makes sense that maybe 80-90% of the scammers on this site are also from China.

But none of that really makes a difference as long as buyers stop sending cash payments for products that they should know do not exist. As long as buyers fail to exercise due dilligence over their own money then scammers anywhere in the world will be happy to take your money and run.

So I suggest that we move away from the concept of scammers and concentrate more on personal responsibility for the money that you send out to sellers. It does not matter how many scammers are out there, if you take care before you send your money then chances are you wont end up sending your money to anyone but legit suppliers.
