Hello,

I'm ordering mostly smaller quantity of goods from countries like China, Pakistan, etc.

My purchaces are around 100-500$.

The problem is that TT to these countries from Japan costs 40$ (a lot on a small order) and also, I need to spend 30-40 minutes at the bank. The only Western Union is very far away...

Is there a way to open an online acount that will let me do TTs online?

Or can you think of an easier and cheaper payment method??

thank you!

I agree with you Tokyopunk, for small quantity goods, the bank cost is too much,we rather

don't  buy them. Hoping there is a cheaper and quick payment method.
Some people say "paypal" can do, but i think fewer people accept it

Check to see if Western Union has an on-line version of money transfer in Japan.  If not then it might be good if you moved some money to an offshore account in say Hong Kong.  You have to check but I believe that HSBC HK allows for on-line money transfers to China Banks.

Paypal works wonderfully in China provided there is no expectation that you will need to transfer money from paypal to bank. The better method for china supplier is to keep money in paypal and purchase from others who accept.
