I intend to buy some modems from a seller in Taiwan. How do i verify the authenticity of the seller before sending the money to the seller.

you can checking with the contact inforamtion and address at google first.
you can give them a call to vertificate that is it have such a person working at there or not .
or you can asking some of your friend or another supplier to help you to checking with their information in Taiwan .

i think you can check their info, whether they are right or not. And you can choose a reliable pay term, such as: LC

Gudday!! I suggest you!! dont make any transaction if they ask you to pay via western union.... maybe escrow or L/C is the safest transaction, but try to search this seller if they really supplier, REMEMBER 80% OF THIS WEBSITE ARE SCAM.
