I hope you all are still pretty good. It is long that I have not come here to post any articles. So, I want to exchange my idea with all ofyou for the worse situation in China.

Now 80% Chinese people still can survive fromtheir basical life, but this will become worse and worse. Although the innovation has been over 25 years and China becomes richer, yet the moeny that those normalstreet people have becomes less. 80% ofwealth comes to the pockets of 20% of people.

Manufacturing in Chinadoes not blossom any more; few people want to be employed by a factoryand work like a slave. Due to the higher labor cost and facing the intense competition, factory is not the machine to "produce money" any more. The owners of the factories behave asflies. Some of them are willing to betray their dignity aiming to get more profits.

Before signing the contracts, they will accept all the articles including the compensation once there is defect. However, when defective productsare found really, they will try their best to get away from the responsibility. But why don't they try their best to improve the quality during production? There is another supplier. When we discussed the terms for the quality guarantee, they did not accept our view; they asked us to accept their terms. One of the terms is:

Due to the tight leadtime, we accepted. However, there are 50 defective products found by our end customers recently. When we spoke the replacements with them, they said to below:

Pls return it to our factory,but we can`t offer you the replacement.

And we won`t pay for the freight ,just for repairing only.

As you know,we already lost a lot of money on your order.

You know, that article is their own words. With an anger, I gave them below reply:

Behaving a human being should obey moral virtue, let alone doing business. So don't let the worry of loss of money destroy your reputation.

Do you or your boss think the small money is more important than the reputation of your company? Is the small money even more valuable than your boss's dignity? 

 

So, I get a lesson. If you want to do business, please learn how to be a good human being first. When you are doing business, pls don't * your dignity.

This is a term that not fair to supplier and I am sure no suppliers would willing to accept it. I am sure what you buy is some electrical appliances.  Only very big group or big brand like those sony, hp, or sumsung etc. this is a aftersale service of products solution, and they have office and agent everywhere.

However, above terms is provided by the factory, not we who put it. They should know it clearly. They also signed the contract and impressed their official company chop. If so, they should carry out according to the contract.

Yes, every supplier would reply you like the above words, if you said you found defective products, but they don't know whether it is true, supplier do not see it, so they required you to return them.  As for shipping cost when defective products found, you should write the term concerning this to the contract, such like, buyer in charge of freight to factory and then factory in charge of freight to buyer, and then, vendor would calculating this aftersale cost into the unit price, this is another solution on price too.

 

For above terms that they have agreed on, they should prepare 50 units for replacements and send them to a domestic address that we appoint. So their above words are destroy the contract. You know, they signed this contract voluntarily. Every word is very clear and they should know everything. Furthermore, before signning this contract, the supplier ever discussed those terms with us for many days.

yes, you are right if they signed the contract. Maybe the supplier need the order so much, so they promise when getting into the order,  but that is out of our normal terms, and now that can not carry out the term.

So that's the issue regarding integrity, honesty and responsibility.

There is a story. A man went to the washing room in a restaurant and he heard some slight noise. This noise lasted for long time, so he felt curious about it. When he opened the door, he saw that a boy was trying to fix the closestool which was damaged when that boy used it. A boy can pay responsibility for his doing, let alone a man, especially a businessman.

Supplier can't accept any terms against their will just in order to get profit.

About 40 years ago, Japanese products are the same scenario as China products now. It is prettty tough for a country closed door for so long, and its people still not that mobile to travel around the world to compete against a world leader in home appliances with 40 years of accumulated experience. Anyway, they are now being menanced by the South Koreans.

Moral education is also another factor, take the case of powder and liquid milk tainted issue in China, very poor moral level of these offenders, it is something refer to the individual's moralities

I believe Chinese should have learned much from those foreign makers in China. I am very sure with the possession of technologies, skills and latest manufacturing facilites and knowledge. Chinese could make quality products at a cheaper price than Japanese due to lower operation cost, but only few  Chinese companies. Therefore other Chinese companies should take up this advantage as soon as possible do not miss the boat before is too late establish as many as quality products to compete against others. I believe manufacturing cost of operation in China is keep increasing gradually.

Chinese government want to raise their accomplishment in order to let their bosss happy so promotion of export is their fast way. The key to get foreign orders is to promote their lowest labor cost of Chinese. So the local government will lower the labor cost and the cost of land to get more foreign orders; huge lands were offered to the foreign investers freely.

Under such pressure, every owner wants to get as more profits as possible. Moral virture is discarded.

The poisonoul milk produced nephrolith just because melamine is not aborbed by body. But those toxin sticked to our vegetable and meat that we have to eat everyday have penetrated into our bodies; now most of Chinese people who live in big city like Guangzhou have poisonous bodies. Those toxin have been producing from those factories. If an archaic Chinese person comes to our current life, he would die immediately once he ate our current meals.

High developing speed lets many officers get higher title, let the group of them get huge money, let them get the best lives. On the contrary, it is destroying our environment, destroying the health of normal Chinese people, destroying the lives of normal chinese people.

they most of time cheat and prefer the quantity than quality and designs etc.

i think the future of china is dark , specially in the field of apparels.
