I have several customers, realy so strange.
Always when we come to the issue about sample, they stop contacting me any more.It is seems that they disappeared even how many mails i had sent later on.
What should i do with them.Give up or come on?

If i were you, I would always love to keep my prospective customers because you have not confirmed their genuity.
Depending on what you deal in, your situation and location of the customer will make me to decide on giving sample or NOT.
If your products are things that your organisation could afford sample ,Good it can be given if the customer is ready to foot bill on shipping or sending as the case maybe.
If your organisation is looking for new buyers and really want to attract them maybe sample options can also be consider but at a very reasonable rate that wont affect your business in any means.
Finaly consider the location of the buyer very well because some goods are not for any reason usefull in some location so it will be like waste even deciding yo give out your sample because they might never order from you. for example An american asking for sample of a mosquito Net, or a Nigerian company asking for sample of subway eqiupment .
I hope you understand my little words

I suggest that you request and confirm their business information first. Do not be too eager to supply samples. Many people just like to fish. Ask the requestor to provide you information about the use they have in mind this will help you to establish they are serious. It should always be done on a professional level.
