I am today .. REALLY ANGRY about this !!!

I am a trading staff working in a company , i have much experience in handling a trade as i 've been working in this field for 9 years, my wife often meets some troubles in trading and she usually asks me for help , but today , it's all because of her order as I've arranged the goods , both in quality control and inland delivery , and then , my shipping agent went on to deliver my goods . And then , what a terrible situation... : when the tackle gets up the goods to put them on the deck, it suddenly falls off ,and gone with the sea.

But , who can give back my goods ?

That costs me 76134.91, including all fees from my ***** shipping agent!!

YOU CAN SUE THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR LIFTING THE CARGO FROM THE SHIP.

OR YOU CAN SUE THE  CLEARING AGENT TO WHOM YOU ENTRUSTED THE JOB OF CLEARING THE GOODS. IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER THE GOODS SAFELY TO YOU.

I UK LTD.

hi,

just read your story, feeling sorry about it.

in my opinion, it seems you didn't buy the insurance for your cargo,am i right? of course it can be said most is your shipping agent's fault, they should tie the rope more tightly, but on the other hand,it can be said a visitation of Providence, because from the customs clearance, all the rest things to do it by the shipping company, because i am a shipping forwarder in china,i know what they do and what we do for the cargo. so franking speaking,it's more a visitation of Providence, and of course your agent have also should take some responsibility for your cargo, they should take more attention about it,if they push the shipping company do it,i think shipping company won't rufuse to do it,becasue we are their client.if you have the interest in me or our company, pls send e-mail to szyifan_logistics2007@yahoo.com or add my MSN ID: david@msn.com

wish you good luck!

with regards!

David

It's sorry to here the disaster. Perhaps you should buy inland transportation insurance next time.

BTW, you may ask dock operation relatives for compensation.

Dear Sir,  good day

Sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident.

my name is tej singh patwal i am working in shipping company i agreed with u as far as fair concern freight is decided by u and shipping company. aftter the shipping company collect the cargo.gernally shipment is depend open cluse there two cluse mainly we can use 1st is fob(free on board) and second one id cif(cost insurance freight).i can explain u in better way if you do export and your freigth term will be cif in that situation you get cheap frieght . but when the shipment is reach to destination. the local charges will be very high.they charged u extra  charges.two gain more profit. now come to insurance part if the shipment is  cif its mean cargo is insured. if any damage occure than insurance company pay you the compsation to u.you should you required to cliam.now come to second cluse that is fob(free on board) all the charges pay by shipper in destination.

However please note that if the cargo fell from ship's hook then it is the responsibility of the shipping co to compensate you. I hope that you have field a claim in this regard with the shipping co.

Simultaneously if you cargo is insured then you can also claim it from your insruance company or you can hire a survey company dealing in loss of such kind of cargo

Feel free to get in touch with me for further free assistance as I am a shipping agent since 10 year.

Thanks & Regards
