I was also cheated by them, i bought 5 units of blackberry 8320 and after two weeks ewaiting, they send me 5 units of a fake and cheaper model, i lost 1000 $. Alibaba should make something about this company they dont make anything about this kind of situation, you can still buy to this supplier on the web page after all these cheats that they have made.... its amazing that they still have the gold supplier profile..

so never never buy a product to this company zhongxinda or vastratec wich is another name that they use. Never trust them, you will loose your money

actually i bought a dell laptop from them.....the price for the laptop is 800usd and another 30usd for shipping cost....if you can see in their website, they provide oem service and so on....they also have gold supplier....

so, after i make  a payment to them through t/t, i still can contact them where they give me tracking number....when the laptop arrived to me, unfortunatelly the laptop they give to me is fake or china product.....i tried to contact them but  they still give many reason...until now, they still not replied my email and no chat with me....i hope all of you don't buy any product from this company and also dont buy brand product like dell,hp and so on...

i have made one letter to send to china embassy...maybe this monday i will send it.....i include all documentation as a prove....i just want my money back....

ok for example....you have deal with one company....and you decide to buy dell xps...after you make a payment, they will send to you the tracking number......after the product arrived to you....when you open the box, the laptop is not dell xps...but the laptop is china made....so be careful!!!dont buy any product from this company or brand product like dell,sony and so on from other company also....please...dont buy from china!!!keep your money save...

Yes i have also been scammed by this company i ordered 3 phones which came but were the wrong phones and cheap ones at that!! i went with this company becouse of the trust pass and gold award i dont trust any company from china now. To everyone be carefull when dealing with companys on alibaba.

     Very sad to know you lost your hard earn money, China is a difficult country to manage, too many people,too large, too burden for even communist government to look after them in all matters, such as food, education, housing, medical, transport, security, crimes, disaster etc... At least  peace and enjoy is more than poverty, riots and trouble in China now for their people, yet competition is fierce there in all fields  including fraud and crime at certain cities ones need to be extra cautious, even strict law yet not able to deter these people see death as nothing than money. They are full time study loopholes on how to con your money in many channels, making use of Alibaba is one of their channels to worldwide marketplace like a business to them. I still believe report cases to their relevant government authority is a better choice for  them to look into, to rectify their own backyard crime issues.

    Why not try your luck ? Who know maybe you could recover part of your money if not all.

Everything sold in China is a fake.  There are NO ORIGINAL products that you can buy from them.  Everything is a knock-off.  DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY.  THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST

I was one of their victims too. I ordered 3HTC phones, paid for them and received 3 fake LG Prada. They didn’t want to exchange the phones or return my money back. I agree. Alibaba should put that on their site. For those of us who have not learned it the hard way. I have been scammed twice in the last week by these scammers. I have not even received a single package. I was first cheated by Win Win Trade Corp. BEWARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS. I thought I purchased three nokia 8800 phones from them. The next day, after I sent them more than 800 dollars, they get kicked out of Alibaba because they had too many complaints. Then I I tried Zhongxinda Electron Co., Ltd for any even bigger scam. They sold me five nokia 8800 phones for 1100 USD. I have still not even received the tracking number either. Do I have any chance of recouping my money. These people give a bad name to the Chinese trying to do legitimate business. These scammers deserve to be punished severely. I work too hard for this money. I was just trying to make a little business on the side. Now I much worse than where I started. I spoke with Miss Daphne in the Win Win trade Corp and Emily Lee in the Zhongxinda Electron Co., Ltd. Please if there is anything I could do to regain my money or at least have these people punished. I have not yet received a tracking number or any items from them. Hi people. I really should find this topic before!
Just these last days I have become a next victim of William from Zhongxinda Electron Co., Ltd.
I sent them money and got nothing. Now their page is not available anymore.
They gave me a tracking number and when I checked the path I just was amazed. They sent something via EMS from JINJIANG, then it arrived to XIAMEN, then it dispatched from XIAMEN and arrived to JINJIANG again. And it was indicated that it was delivered and signed by WU LI SHANG. And that's all. There was nothing going to my address.
This guy doesn't respond to any emails anymore.
Did anyone try to get stolen money back somehow? I have read here lines wrote by Synge Zhan that Officer of China GOV could easy help. Can you give any help please?
I have a document of Western Union money transfer containing the name of receiver (SHUJIN WU), the name of the city (XIAMEN) where the money was taken is known as well. Maybe there is some possibility to punish seller-cheater?
More over I have another name of a person appeared in the tracking path of the tracking number they gave me. I think he is an accomplice.
I wonder how Alibaba website is irresponsible giving such status as Gold Supplier to cheaters. Alibaba tells us that supplier is checked by a third party and what? We trust and became victims. I don't need such a service anymore. Just hope to get my money back.
