How to deal with the problem happened to my customer

I am very boring now,  our company have deliever the goods of my customers, but several days gone, my customer told me he had not received the goods, my god, it would be arrivel if it is normal, when i go to check , it is something wrong with the process of deliever. but my customer is mine, and he is angry, and i try my best to explain, he can not accept and the communication between us is not good[em8]. my friend could please tell me how to do?

oh, my dear friend,  i am sorry to hear that ,  i have seen this situation  a few days ago , i quit e understand  your feeling now , please  do not worry about it ! since this was happened, we can not do nothing but to solve  it right now  , but pls do careful  next time, these things always happen in the business field ,  we should take some actions to avoid it .
