Well,actually most foreign brand automobiles selling in China market are mixed with Chinese asset,so we usually see that Shanghai Volkswagen ,Changan Ford,Guangzhou Hongda,Bejing Hyundai,and so on... ...

Since most people in the USA now wants smaller cars and Japan have lots of them and the used cars are very cheap. Maybe you can try to import used cars from Japan to USA might be good choice.(depends on how much is duties and laws and if people don't mind the steering wheel on the other side, you have to do some research)
