Dear All,
We made an agreement with a company that we will pay them money by l/c at sight
and later they will return us back our comission once they receive full payment. For This
that company also give us Guarantee letter with company chop, later that company manager
stop responding and every time he says he is outside he is too busy. and later that person
told her sister whom we shipped goods 1 time that he will not pay us money. Now how to deal
with this Chinese company?
I've written guarantee letter with company chop on it.

Collect all the evidences and bring that company to court where the company is located. If you are not very clear with the proceedings, consult a lawyer.
