efficiency or security?
Post 1 of 4

we are manufacture and wholesaler for game accessories.

we got so mamy inquiry about our products every day, so we have to reply email and find update our products. sometimes we may reply our customer on the Trade Manage online late and they will complait about our workefficiency , we are sorry about this and keep trying to make it better to meet our customers' need.

But last week, one of customers he suspected our credit when he decided to send deposit for his order.  The main reason was that he thought everything happened so fast!!  Eevrything he need we supplied to him so quick, he doubted that whether we are ture company. This made us feel sad. We could understand that buyers should take care of fake supplier, but I don't think that good workefficiency will become a bad thing.

Congratulations on your efficiency! And don't give it up for no reason! Better look for ways to avoid misunderstandings.

For example, I feel like it's high time for China to have an effective and reliable "Better Business Bureau" where you could be listed as a member in good standing. That would take care of misunderstandings, doubts, etc.

In any case, it's a much better approach than trying to cut down on efficiency to look more "humble" and "real".

Germex there is a consumer enforcement bureau in China that does have a lot of power to its kick but as with most things in China they generally act on a 'don't fix it until it's broken' kind of attitude. So basically if no one takes the time to go in and lodge a complaint about something then those guys are happy enough to sit around in their offices smoking and drinking tea, if however you do go and make a formal complaint about something then these guys have the clout to get it resolved and no business wants the 'gong shan ju' knocking on their door!

So not exactly the positive nature of a Better Business Bureau, but perhaps half way there.

My question to the OP here is what kinds of game accessories they are selling? Are the selling brand name video games? Are they are manufacturer or re-seller? Perhaps answers to these questions would help to understand why the buyer had suspicions here.

may i reccomend keeping the first order strictly about business. we are online all the time because we are required to do so and chit chat is something generally done with people you dont deal with....or call it overcooking the sale.
