it doesnt matter,i am really dont know the thinking of the client ,always i send email to  them but they will not give me feedback, may be they are not interesed in our products,or find an other low price supplier.   i try our best , some times the foreign are friendly

ture ,when you send a email to someone who are interested in our company & product warmly.but at last ,he didn't give you any reply or  interrupt the contact with you .frankly speaking ,i am feel a little disappointed.and think that why he don't give me a reply ? why ?no matter positive answe or negative answer that will be bighly appreciated.

when related to quotation ,they always say why the price more expensive than any another factory ..quantity is our advantage ,but nobody want to buy it for the price .what's more ,our price is worthy the value and fair. at the worldwide market.i wonder why they want to compare one to one .the price including lots of aspects cost.as a legal and true company ,they are impossible to quote a Inappropriate price.right ?they also looking forward to establish a win win situation.

in a word .i am honest ,passional ,how can i remain a customer is also my question .why ?[em8]

Maybe in Ur E-mail,you said something that he didn't like, but U didn't notice that.Maybe your  colleague's E-mail were more attraction, tone of the letter were  politer than yours, and including all of the information .Maybe he replied the E-mail very soon.Maybe Ur colleague sent a greed to him on his country's festival.Maybe... But never mind.It is OK.Trust yourself.

So, you secured an order, supplied the goods, collected payment, all OK? No complaints? If there were no problems with shipping or quality and the client (you are the supplier) has now re-ordered (the same product?) from a different supplier, what can you learn from that? (a) The client may have been told by his/her manager to buy from a different supplier for reasons you don't know about. (b) The client may be too embarrassed to tell you why he isn't buying from you again and because he doesn't have to meet you in person he can just ignore your emails or phone calls. (c) There may just be something you don't know about. My recommendation would be to not force the client to acknowledge the problem but just make it easy to come back and buy from you again without having to explain his/her behaviour. This is what a good seller in the US/UK would do. Send a friendly email once a month and don't worry about whether the client responds. He/her will probably leave their job at some time and someone else will collect your friendly emails.

maybe your collegue looks more professional than you, so your client choose him. You may think of yourself whether you are lack of experience, or your client acts so terrible, you can give him a hit.
