how should i remain the client?

hello , my dear friend, could you please telling me how should i remain the clients ?   It made me sick , and it was surpersied that , the client who have dealt business with me a few weeks  ago . but now he did not give me any response ,  when our company get new products in stock , i would emailed to him about that  ,  a few mails  later, but he still did not give me any response yet .  i thought he did not get my  mail, so i was waiting for it .  However , a few days  ago ,  he bought  the  products from one of  my  colleagues , i do not know why it is ,  i  do not   mind he bought from my colleagues , but  i mind it that why did not he  give me any  word for a long time .  is it my  fault  ?   please  tell me when you meet this situation ,  and what should  i do ?     pls give me some advance , i shall be grateful if you reply at  an  early date.

ho, my god! where are the client come from ?  consider maybe from middle-east , yes or not? other words he thought that the price you quoted were not competitive or the afer-service problem! and so on```````````````

They are  from usa and canada . but the price is the same as  i given to him ,. about  the after-service,  we have done business before , and he given a  positive rating. exception this,  do you have any  others? i really  do not  know any other problems .  please tell me , many thanks  for that !

He should have ordered frm another business entirely, because Win Win is only a win situation for the seller. The buyer is stuck with items that cannot be sold. BUYERS BEWARE> AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU GARBAGE KNOCKOFFS, THEY AVOID YOU LIKE THE PLAGUE. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND SHAME ON ALIBABA OF THEY ACCEPT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM THE BUSINESSES ON THEIR SITE.

I agree.. We do not do business with people from middle east or Indonesia. They simply have bad business ethics.

Let me explain how to have a successful business....... Very very very simple.

Sell a quality product.. and most important when you and your customer each walk away from a transaction you both should feel like you have gained something.

If after a transacton both of you do not feel like you have gained something then your business is a failure!

I also met the same situation. I find this customer on the net, and we done the first order and he is satisfied with our goods. However, when I send email to him later, there is no response. I am very puzzled! Still do not know the reason.

it doesnt matter,i am really dont know the thinking of the client ,always i send email to  them but they will not give me feedback,may be they are not interesed in our products,or find an other low price supplier.   i try our best , some times the foreign are friendly
