However , a few days ago , he bought the products from one of my colleagues , i do not know why it is , i do not mind he bought from my colleagues , but i mind it that why did not he give me any word for a long time . is it my fault ? please tell me when you meet this situation , and what should i do ? pls give me some advance , i shall be grateful if you reply at an early date.

I agree.. We do not do business with people from middle east or Indonesia. They simply have bad business ethics.
Let me explain how to have a successful business....... Very very very simple.
Sell a quality product.. and most important when you and your customer each walk away from a transaction you both should feel like you have gained something.
If after a transacton both of you do not feel like you have gained something then your business is a failure!
I also met the same situation. I find this customer on the net, and we done the first order and he is satisfied with our goods. However, when I send email to him later, there is no response. I am very puzzled! Still do not know the reason.
