The message seems to be from a (Chinese) freight forwarder - they are offering you their rates/services for your shipments from China ports to Turkish ports.
They have given you freight rates for 20'/40'/40'HQ containers, with details on the surcharges, transit times, etc etc.
Basic shipping talk, so to speak!
It would be advisable to try and verify their existence and company details before
thinking of doing business with them.
