The answer to your question is yes! Any Distributor in their right mind would gladly become your drop shipper here in the U.S. for a warehousing fee and or a percentage of the revenue share of the action.
Most Distributors do exactly what you are describing without already having the product sold. In other words, the distributor typically is taking a risk by buying or stocking large quantities of products with the hopes that they can sell it to his or her customers in smaller quantities and make a profit by doing so. If you already have the prodcuts sold and they will act as your drop shipper here in the states; there is much less risk on the Distributor or Wholesaler; thus they are more likely to want to work with you depending on the negotiated compensation.

My company does dropshipping. I am unclear about your role in the process. Do you have products and you need a place to have the quantity sent and stored, and shipped as you get orders? Or are you looking for a supplier who will ship your orders for you?
If you say yes to the first scenario, then what you are looking ofr is a fulfilment company. This is a warehouse where your products can be shipped (in large quantity), and stored. Most of these places wait for you to send in customers orders and they can repack and ship item directly from the warehouse to your customer. The prices are very reasonable for all the services they provide. There are even some that offer logistics from the port to the warehouse. You should look into fulfilment warehouses.
If you say yes to the second scenario then you are looking for a dropshipping company. There are lsitings of dropshippers on the internet. ALso you can contact companies and ask if they will dropship their products, and also ask if they will give you wholesale pricing on their items. Yes there are companies that can do this. I for one am looking for just this type of setup. I have been involved in dropshipping agricultural parts for over 6 years and have build a successfull on-line business doing.
