in short :
From the buyer's side:
- They just checking price comparison
- They only want to know price, not ready to placing order
- They got your terms & condition are not suitable/match with the need.
from your side :
- Prices to high than the expectation or target
- The minimum order quantity too high /much
- The speciication not meet the requirement
- Another offering by competitors are more interesting
- The way you reply Inquiry is less informative
- Not effective and efficient reply
And many others factors that been a reason for it.

thank you for your suggestion. we are bamboo flooring manufactory in china. Our price is very competitive and the quality is also good--A grade. We are ISO9001,ISO14001 certified. I don't know why it sells badly these days. I think bamboo products are green products and environmental -friendly, it should be very popular..... ?
