The best option to start business without money is to find dropshipper.  Find products or items that are in everyday need, cheap and good quality.  Once you have some profits with this, you can proceed with another business and getting your product in LCL or FCL container.

There is a lots of people doing that to start.  It is better to start from small as a test market.

not sure if this is an option in your industry, but for me in the clothing business, drop shipping is the easiest way to do business, without having to keep an inventory...you ask them if they will drop ship, then you only order what you need when you need it...you pay slightly higher prices for this option, but no inventory :) might be worth checking into if you already haven't cheers em:4

Just ask the seller to act as a contract agent for him. Make a contract with him and push the quantities into your domestic market. You only have to agree that payment is done on monthly basis proven by figures,regarding to the quantities you really sold in this month. During this time all none sold quantities belong to the seller.
