hello friends
it's a good question.
Normally we provide the PI and PO in both chinese and english, and we think it's a basic protection and fair to both buyer and seller.
Actually for some of my old partners, since after many years cooperation we trust each other and make it easy, sometime it's only in english, it's also ok.
there's no such kind of perfect leagl format of contract in china, since format information will change as per different industry.
As we'r doing the equipments and machines, if any friends needs these type of PI or PO in both english and chinese, simply send me one mail then I will glad to share.
Just mail me .

Actually if I were you I'd contact The Chineese Embassy trade mission in your country.Try e-mail and see response.failure to do so go ahead and draft the agreement as part of your contract and hope the chineese will accept it.Failure for the other to comply ,just look for another partnet China is big and there are numerous.....but the main reson for my response is if you feel china is not ready for you certainly we in Zanzibar are. please connect and talk with us as soon as possible.possibly we can build into the future together.

I have worked in import & export company in China. All the contracts are in English. Both the buyer and the supplier sign the same contract. No notary, nothing. If you are serious in doing business with Chinese suppliers, you need to there to actually meet the people and see the factory with your own eyes, to feel it out. It is definitely not easy. Or you can hire an agent. Check out my website www.mesaconsultingcorp.com.
