1. Always trade and pay for your items via escrow ( www.escrow.com) This protects the buyer and supplier.

2. If the company you are dealing with does not accept escrow payment - leave them and find a company that does.

4 If you think that this info is useful tell your friends - traders leaving alibaba to join another similar site that has protection might kick their a**e and get them to help traders who have been ripped off.
