I'm a citizen of India and I incorporate a Private Limited Company In Singapore. How can I transfer money from my personal account in India to my company's business account?

Replying to [Kirk007]:its an easy thingfor me to do from all over the world /use internet banking /A T M card and do trans between accounts/ or ask your bank to do it for you.. I dont know who your bankers are but if one of the world banks then you should not have problims

If you are resident of Singapore, then you can easily draw and invest in your singapore company.
If you are resident of India, you can follow guidelines of RBI as per following URL
http://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_FemaNotifications.aspx?Id=2126
It implies that singapore company is your joint venture or wholly subsidised (Owned) by you, you can invest as per RBI guidelines.

  You might have get permission from RBI and Government of India for incorporate a ltd company in S'pore: In the application and also in the permission you might have several request regarding the funds trandfer. you have got the permission in this, you can give the copy to your bankers and ask tehm to transfer the money:

  In India, still there are many regulations for remitting funds abroad:

  KIndly refer FEMA guidelines in the RBI mannual and subsequent amendments regarding remiitaing funds to a limited company in abraod by the director from his personal account from India. You haev to apply in the standard application form through your Bankers.
