I want to get a sample from a manufacturer in China. I have to pay for the shipping (no problem) but I dont know how to do the money transaction. They told me that I need an express account but I dont know what it is. Is it something that is Alibaba base where they handle the money transfer? They also told me that I could pay for them (the manufacturer) instead, that I still dont know how to do. How do customer normally do the money transaction for the shipping cost? They also told me the cost of shipping a small sample to the US from China is $100 for a 5 day shipment. Is this normal?

- Shipping cost is determined in the method and by weight and size.
Depending on the weight, size and the express shipper used $100.00 is very probable.
If they are sending it to you in the U.S., then ask them to send it UPS shipping collect. That way you know your going to get something.

yes this is normal DHL cost, if you dont have account then you can pay trough westren union or money gram etc
