The boss who make you upset, check, to who you are talking on the phone,who you are chatting with and etc. (in another word during your work time, like a brush on your brain). I think anybody in China already experienced it at least one time. How about your boss? He is an angry man? If so how do you deal with him?

I totally understand what is the feeling this employee in picture have, before I was also an employee and had a very very bad boss that even you can't imagine, every problems happened he came to me and blamed me.  All the time feel nervous that mistake happen, my pride broken by him in front of the others, of course others the same as me...  I needed my salary because I was university student and couldn't leave that company.  finally I get fired.... I still didn't understand how to deal with that situation until I be a boss myself.  but still something stayed in my heart and couldn't tell to that boss.

I think i know very well about that bcs our boss also do like that, and they like to shout or blame you in the morning when you just came to the office. Bcs of that the whole day become a very bad day. I can never understand why they did that even you did not make big mistake especially in the morning.

Anyway, forget that and enjoy your life.

Angry boss and poor employees. Boss can blame employee when he has enough reasons but without any reason that will be madness, every problems happen he make himself relax with blaming the others. Unfortunately most of the managers don't have any knowledge to manage the employees and they will do some actions that even can not help and make more problems.


I suggest sit and talk with the boss and find out what is really matter and where you are wrong, I don't like keep anger inside my heart or do some activity out of mind.

It depends on the moral quality of the boss, not only work but aslo the rutine life. If you think you can still learn more from the company, it means you can still realize your value here, then you need to have a talk with your boss and stay; otherwise, if you always feel bad, why not changing a new working environment?

Yes,and I 'm now an employee,i dream to be a boss one day,so i will in charge of others,not others in charge of me !
