Tongfa is an Organized Crime organization which ripped me off and I know they have ripped off numerous other people.
Criminal enterprises like Tongfa//Jinyongfu are bad for the business of any honest Chinese supplier, since once a customer is ripped off here by any merchant, he and all the people he knows will never spend any money with any other merchants who advertise through this forum.
Why are criminals like Tongfa described on this forum as a Gold Supplier ?
How did Tongfa qualify for the Gold Supplier title and who within Alibaba conferred that title upon them ?
Does this company Tongfa exist, and does their manager Rongguo Li exist ?

When some firms here rip off their customers, that damages the opportunities for any other honest Chinese business to do any business here. If there is any Chinese business on this web site, they should be the most aggressive in exposing the criminals who operate here and advising victim customers on how to report their crimes to Chinese government police and prosecutors and have these criminals tried, convicted and then imprisoned or executed.
However, it is unclear whether there are any honest Chinese people who appear on this Alibaba forum.
