How to deal with unrecognized swift code in transfering money?

one of our client in Sweden transfered money to our Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation account, and the money has been refunded for the unrecognized swift code. how did it happend? and how can we do to prevent it happenning again ?

I think you should check with you HSBC bank about your swift code and make clearly your swift code with HSBC and then you should confirmed and give it to your customer and ask them to transfer the money one more time

And then you should contact with your bank and tell them about this problem and inform them about the name of your customer who transferring the money to you
