Company in Xian, Sanndxi. There is a rumor that this company is a scam. Anyone know?

They seem to take very big orders to import and you HAVE to go to China to sign the contract.

Think I almost got scammed but would like to know...They answered me from Alibaba.

Thanks,[em9]

Donot go to china to sign the contract . This is typcial chinese scam . They will ask you to buy expensive gifts for their managers or invite them to have good dinner and entertainment. They could sign the contract with you but will never never pay the down payment as the so called order doesnot exist at all .

Tell them that it is your company principle that it is not allowed to purchase gifts for their mangers and you could go to sign the contract once they pay u the 30% down payment . You will know what i mean here very shortly .

Be careful in business and be happy in life !

If you want to know why they are scammers, please simply ask them directly for their Business License and Import License, then contact local officials and check them out. [em2][em2] Please contact me for any question related. Take care!

Maybe you can confirm the name of the company. I guess there is some problem with the name. I'm in Xi'an, Shaanxi, maybe I can help you to check it, but the company name is not correct. Please make sure that the name, address and tel,no, both Chinese name and English name.

STOP!!

Got the same request for import my expensive comseceutics

After refusing to fly to China for signing the contract they proposed a visit of  their CEO and Vice president. After two days asked a money remittance of 3.000 € for the thicket of CEO's wife.

No way! They only want suck you money!

Seems that people are wising up here and that the scammer is maybe getting more people rejecting their invitation.

Now they are evolving to offer to visit your country if you buy their online tickets~!!!

There are two obvious signs that these are scam situations:

1. Why would such a big buyer invite you to visit them in their country? Of course if they were buying your product in such big quantities then they would want to visit you and see your manufacture!

2. Why would such a 'big customer' need you to buy airline tickets for them or their wives? If they have so much money to be buying your product in such large quantities then they would have enough to buy their own airline ticket!

You have to laugh at their cheek!
