Is there a service I can hire to handle the paperwork and pick up the goods and deliver them to my storage facilities?

to see whether the shipper has delivered you the arrival notice.

and get this notice and call the shipper company to ask for the rest process

I would suggest if you can try to find a local logistic company and ask them if they provide clearance and despatch services.  If received by air freight, then what you need to do is to provide them with the certain information about the airport name, details of goods(Volume,Weight,Cartons,declared value), airwaybill number, despatch address etc. If by sea, roughly is the same but need some more info.
