I had got a lead from Dianzishang - Mr. James Lee for a HTC S730 mobile phone.

I had made the paymenty of USD.239.00 by Western Union Money Transfer and the same was received by the supplier in China.

Due to some reason, the supplier had informed that the mobile will be shipped after 26th Aug, as the Olympics was staged during that time.

Now the supplier does not respond to my mails nor gives a reply over phone.

Is there a way for buyers like us to know if the suppler is a genuine trader or a fake one.

Kindly advice.

Where did you find the supplier? Have you went there web-site or connect plenty informations before you do the deposit?

Also please caution that what account will you do the money transferance? Personal or  corporate? It is so dangerous to pay your money to the personal account.

So pity to tell you that you have been cheated.

Best wises.God bless you.

Hi, I had made payment, as instructed by Mr. James Lee of this compny to one

Xiao Hong Hao

Address: Shenzhen City, Gongdong Province, China 518005

This person has a web site: http://dianzishang.com/

I got the lead about this supplier from Alibaba only. However, if the supplier still wishes to save his face value and conduct more business, he still has the time to correct himself, as this remark can be viewed by people registered with alibaba.com

You'd better to know the Chinese Name and address.

Usually we have a English name. For example, my English name is Benjamin, my family name is Yu. I will introduce myself to others as Benjamin Yu.  My chinese name would be write as Yu **. In your cases, the Contact is James Lee, but the account owner is not the same person...

Chinese address: Chinese address is not as simple as many foreign countries. Is a person only tells you the City and province, then where can you find it even though you have the post code? Detailed address and zipcode is a must. Take my factory address as example:

Shenzhen Ryder Electronics Co., Ltd. (it's company name)

Zhongyuan Industrial Park (the most specified address, but you can't find it if I don't tell you which town and city)

Hekeng Industrial Zone, Dalang, Longhua( a bigger location than the previous detailed address)

Bao'an, Shenzhen(Shenzhen City has several districts. You'd better know this.)

Zipcode: 518109 (it represent the location of the company. if you find it's a different from the company address, be careful.)

If he has not company, we can believe that now you are cheated.

You can call your other supplier from China, to solove this problem.

you should use the credit card to pay this money next time.

Dear all fellow alibaba members,

I suggest that a global anti-scam watchdog committee to be formed by legitimate and honest gold suppliers, trustpass members and free members to wipe out unscrupulous scammers from alibaba.com with an effective anti-scam intelligence networks. Let make alibaba.com a safe place to trade. These evil scammers had cheated honest traders billion of dollars on our trade portal. This trade portal should allow us to trade with peace of mind and not trade with fear and doubt!

Any scammers can be easily register themselves as free member with fake company profile and personal data and start their con job. I suggest that this new committee to work closely with INTERPOL to nab scammers and put them behind bar. Once and for all, no scammers even dare to step into alibaba.com anymore!
