That is what my neighbour, who stays in the 4th level used to see before her surgery.
She saw everything in doubles, everyone having 2 noses, 4 eyes and 2 mouths. We asked her to go for eye specialist, who referred her to a brain specialist.
After MRI scans on the head, they found a tumor behind the eyes optic nerves, She had double vision.
Later, she went for surgery, the approach was from the eye socket, they removed the eyeball and attacked the tumour from the hole. The procedure was successful, and she recovered, looked like normal, and vision back to normal.
