Trademanager problems?

On this website it says, that everything will be much easier if i download TradeManager, but i am having trouble installing it, whenever i say "Run Program" it says that it is not a valid Win32 application. And then it takes me to a list of programs to open it, how do i install it?

In your case, you are advised to uninstall your current program and re-install the TradeManager program.
Please take the following steps:
1) Uninstall your TradeManager completely;
2) Download a new program at http://trademanager.alibaba.com, please do not change the program name ".exe"
3) Install again the TradeManager in your computer
