I have been working for local bank in Hong Kong over 29 years and has already quit half year ago to run my own business as an agent of financing.
I have been dealing with Listed Company in Hong Kong for corporate finance and project financing.
Recently, some of the Directors of the Listed Companies request a pledge loan, they decided to pledge the stock for escrow and acquire loan proceeds to establish projects. Is there anybody can introduce funder to escrow the stock for pledge loan?
