As China's new policy keeps coming out to allow foreign capital into most of the industries, more and more foreigners are pouring into China. A foreigner can set up a company within two weeks with minimum registered capital of Rmb 30,000 yuan. Now that the retail and wholesale market is fully open to foreign investors. In the city of Shenzhen which I am located, each day before the receiving counter of the local approval and examination authority there are so many applications for the foreign-invested commercial enterprise incorporation that you have to wait for a long time for your turn.

As the foreigner trader facing such a huge market of China, what is your plan for the direct investment in China recently?

As a professional Lawyer you should have a website and not hide behind a anonymos hotmail e-mail, if you expect to interest customers who will invest huge money in China !

Look in the legal Board where Lawyer He and Lehmann try the same but with a littlebit investment !

Replying to [ChinaLawyer]:thank you for your message. You are right. I am a new comer to Alibaba international website and not good at the tricks or investment for improving my presence here. I did try many times to post more information here but failed to do so as I am now only a registered free member. As you suggested, I will go to the legal board more often. I have my own website: www.elawyers.com.cn. Thank you again for your advice and comment.
