I have got a serious problem against a chinese supplier and i got that supplier from alibaba, so i request you to block their account of alibaba.com in terms of breaking the Oath/contract with alibaba.com.

Case Details:
I got an enquiry from my Italian buyer for garment accessories, i contacted this company and a company worker called Ms Eleeno dealt with me initially, she sent me some pics and buyer likes that, buyer asked me for samples and i requested for samples. Ms Eleeno asked me for address and i told her that i will gave her buyer's direct address to speed up the sampling but on 2 points, 1st; dont wrote prices on samples or in courrier, 2nd; dont put your any catalogue in the samples courrier. She said ok and i gave her address. After getting address of buyer, she asked me sampling fee, i claimed that why dont she informed me for sampling fee before but anyhow i agreed after a short talk.
She reported to her boss that i am very rude and will not pay anything and so on .. they went on not picking up my phone calls and my emails were unreplied there. I reported to my buyer that sorry, this company is not willing to work with us and we can find the other one, my buyer went mad because this order was quite urgent ... 
After 3 days of my first conversation with ms Eleeno (same day when i excuse my buyer for this supplier), my buyer informed me that he have recieved a sample courrier from the same supplier having prices and catalogues in it but buyer dont like their sample and want them to make in some other way ....
I never claimed about business privacy broken action to supplier but i asked them to make new samples and send to me .. Once again they disappeared and today i got news from my buyer that the same supplier have called him and have sent him emails also ...
At this moment, my chinese secretory (Ms Julia Xiong, you have met her in Hangzhou) called to the supplier and enquired them about the issue, they closed my phone without listen completely my talk and in the night(just now) they have abused me in chinese a lot which i cant post here.
 
I respect Chinese people very well and i was the only Interantional company holder in tianjin who particpate in Sichuan Earthquake raising and stood with china when they have political, business or any other international issue ... I just want to claim simply to give me my right to block this chinese supplier from your kind website because i think alibaba is a family, we cant bear a spoil egg here ...
