Quoting from [Freddie]:In the Warring States period of China (475-221 B.C.), there was a state called Qi, the king of which was very fond of listening to the music played on the Yu, a wind instrument. So he convened a band of more than 300 players from his state. Everyday the band was called in to play the Yu for his Majesty at teatime. And the king seemed to be very satisfied with the band and the harmonies performed.
As a matter of fact, one of the players, Nan Guo, knew nothing about the instrument. But he did manage to pass himself off and went on well with his tricks that each time he tried to seat himself behind and pretended to be playing the Yu together with the others. And everything seemed good for him. He had never been exposed.
Finally, his days were gone when the prince ascended the throne. As the latter would enjoy solo rather than harmony, the players were called each in to play alone before the king. This time, as we have guessed, Nan Guo was embarrassed to find there was no place for him any more.
The story describes the case in which the spurious is mixed with the genuine.
Too many of Mr. Nan Guo come to Alibaba and mixed with good suppliers, cheating people that they are main factory even though they have no Idea what is the meaning of producing and think they never exposed.
What is your idea? How we can recognize these Mr. Nan Guo....?

I cant see its so important its a manufacturer, sometimes an agent, can do bussines as well as the producer.
Who is the manufacturer? The people assembling the goods, or the company they buy the castings from? A product have allways differst sources and levels, they do that they are best on doing, and to manage export in a good manner is just one of the things which can be outsourced.
It may look strange so many are manufacturers, as strange as how many small importers pretending real big.
I do not care as long the business in all other respect are honest.
I see it little funny, that its about 3000 manufacturers producing the very same engine,
(even I know China is BIG), with the very same prestanda and there is no difference at all, even the model names, but pricing.
They may all assembling the product, but for sure they must be working hard to make it with a staff force of 10 to 20, if they do from scratch.
In a way its so bussiness works dont cheat, but do not be too honest.
