I also have the same problem.the key board is that we have to be a premuim member to post info and read the customer's contact list in many times. about this problem ,we have no key,the only method is that all the seller make a group to sell products and service.it is a large work. i think it is impossible to us.

For customers first of all make some continue  advancements in your products, Make your Brand Name for your product, then you will automatically feel satisfied with you work, and obviously when you are the only one with additive feature, the customer wont leave you. 

For scope I think you should find the right direction, how to perform operation in Large scale, remember scopes are different in every business depending on there nature, some have limited scope and some do not. this is very important because for limited scope business nature cannot be performed in large scale. if you perform them it will cost you high losses.
