For small quantities products, if choose express, you can enquiry logistic companies who is the agent of DHL, Fedex, UPS, and other global express companies. Different agent offer different special price for some countries. For example, this agent may has special line to Saudi Arabia, but that agent has special line to European countries. Those are who can offer you special price according to your requirements. Once, i got an offer of DHL cost to Saudi Arabia, the first logistic company who is agent of DHL gave me RMB100.2/ kg for 101-200 kg, DHL Branch offered me RMB60/kg for same weight range, the third logistic company who offered me RMB 65/ KG for this range, the fourth logistic company offered me RMB49/ KG, DHL company gave me the most expensive price that about RMB150 / kg, the same DHL delivery service, but different quotation, why i can't choose the cheapest one? so, you need to ask several companies, then compare since the logistic service is very competitive.

Regarding to the Sea Freight and Ocean Freight, you also compare with several companies according to your products's special, whether they can help to do Custom Declaration, whether can help to avoid the Commodidy Inspection, whether they had experience on this products exporting, and etc.
