I THINK IT IS RESEASONABLE, IF I AM BUYER,  AND I AM ONLY TRADER, NOT THE USER,  THE CONSIGNEE WILL BE TRUE USER, INORDER TO SAVE OTHER CHARGE, YOU SHOUDE MAKE  DOCUMENTS IN THIRD PARTY. NOW BUSINESS IS DIFFICULT, WE HAVE TO SAVE EXTRA CHARGE.

From what i can see there shouldnt be much problem. You got all your money and it's no risk at all. They have different names might due to he wants you to ship the goods directly to his customer instead.

Please do not assume what he is thinking.If you are confuse it might be good if you ask him why the consignee names are not the same for a peace of mind.

It is ok. There are many companies dont have import licence. They must ask an agent to do it. Or the other company must be his client. That is to say it is the end cusumer of products.

It will be no problem to trust a company since payment will be made by T.T.

It is ok. There are many companies dont have import licence. They must ask an agent to do it. Or the other company must be his client. That is to say it is the end cusumer of products.
