The Seller shall present the following documents to the paying bank for
negotiation of payment: Three copies of signed invoice Three copies of packing list Fuset of clean on board bills of lading made out to order and blankendorsed, notifying the Buyer and evidencing shipment in 20 or 30 feet heater container The relevant insurance policy covering, but not limited to at least 110% of the invoice value against all and war risks Original certificate of origin, issued by a competent authority The Seller's written statement (NAWARO certificate) confirming that thedelivered palm oil is origin from agricultural used plantations only and that the oil has not been chemical contaminated before, during and after therefinement process
Original certificate evidencing quality of goods in conformity with those asstipulated in the Annex A of this Contract. This certificate shall be issuedby the ASG GmbH Institute, Trentiner Ring 30, 86356 Neusaess Germany or acomparable laboratory agreed by the Buyer and Seller.
