The Market in NYC...Manhattan is GOOD AND SOLID, the downturn mentioned is happening and continue to project all the surroundings in the US real estate market.

Making money flipping new developments, commercial (buildings) and all size apartments are happening here on a daily bases...The most safe way and solid investment will be to purchase an apartment in the city and keep her rented for couple of years and than to sell it for a huge profit!
