I am new in the import and export matters, would like to know how could i
export refurbished laptop from the manufacturer and deliver direct to my
customer without them knowing the source of the product. How do i send them
(my customer) delivery documents from my company instead of from the
manufacturer.

If you're looking to be a middle-man/Trader and are sure of customer support in the mid to


long-term, then you would do well to register a business for yourself. All you would need to


do is to issue documents throught your own company to the final buyer. They do not come


to know of your manufacturer and you do not lose sleep at night 



This is different to being an agent - who works openly with the buyer and seller. In this 


particular situation, the word trader would be more apt.
