Do you want to buy brand phones? First question.. do you have a import license from the brand you want to import or a reimport license or a export license, or a distribution license or a purchase license in general, did the brandowner buy from you so that you supply goods to the brandowner...? No... then let it be.
Are you planning to buy no brand phones, first check if the no brand phones do not transgress against design registered by the brand phones, mostly those non branded phones have not a own design character but try to imitate the brand well know phones, this also is illegal as it transgresses patent rights resp. import of black copies transgressing against reg. design. So...

Stop going on with them, I try to search on google, they even don't have their webiste, and I learn from other B2B they sell brand electronics, I guest they are scammer.
