Have an LOI comming out of Shanghai to an American listed company that has a
trust pass rating. I need a few pointers on controlling the LOC that will be requested
by this Trust Pass company to pass back to my client in Shanghai. The clients

The question is just too vague and does not cover specific area of business transaction...The LOI for every deal is sector-specifc e.g. for Crude Oil or Iron Ore or Steel Scrap is all together a different ball-game...The procedure for ICPO or Soft Offer (SO) may be same for all the transaction/s but the time-lag & validity for BCL or Soft Probe may not be the same for all the commodities.....
