i have purchased a item(wind turbine) from a supplier from china "Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd ", the thing is after the sales is done these supplier are least bothered about the problem the customer faces, quite unprofessional, to name one i will say the supplier name "TAIAN XINKUANG INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD" under which they sell the Wind turbine, the contact person name is Colins Wu, iinspite of sending numerous mails he hardly replies, and also these people are tied up with King Freight for their freights to Chennai(India), and they give you a very low quotation, and when you go to take the consignment their shipping agent "MAC-NELS" charge as high as

$ 250, for lesser than 1 CBM consignment, i just have a word to define them is just "CHEATERS", this is just a warning to other buyers,, please be aware of such Companies..

I even tried contacing the direct "Colins Wu" by phone, and after sales they hardly pick up their cell phones, quite a hard experience.
